On January 6th, the day of the Epiphany, the “Bar” event is revived in the village square, organized by the Cultural Association of Volakas.

According to the event, they throw into the fountain, first the priest, the president of the village, followed by the newlyweds of the previous year and those who wish. In this way, the waters for health and fertility are disturbed. At midnight the “stealing” of objects takes place. They sneak into the houses of those who have girls for marriage and “steal” various objects which they collect in the square. The following day, January 7, at 10 am, the auction of the stolen items takes place.
