The Railway Station in Paranesti of Drama had a complex of Water Towers for the engines that were parked in the adjacent engine room of the Station. This consisted of two circular metal water tanks resting on a circular and a square plan built base, and was accompanied by a small adjacent building for mechanical installations. It is a special use complex and maintains its original morphological and structural elements, it is connected to the social and economic development of its area and is therefore important for the development of the area from a historical, cultural, cultural, economic and social point of view at the end of 19th and early 20th century.
