The Hatzikonstantinou tobacco warehouse is located near the central square of Prosotsani. It is a remarkable industrial building of the early 20th century with an elongated rectangular shape and a gabled wooden roof. It was built in 1925. It is spread over four levels: basement, elevated ground floor and two floors. Its general dimensions are 12.45×2.20m. and its total height of 13.76m. from the basement level to the roof ridge. The height of the floors is low, 2.15-2.25m. The basement was used for storage, while the upper floors were used for the storage and processing of tobacco. The entrance to the building is from the ground floor level. A marble external staircase leads to the entrance door located in the center of the east face. A secondary entrance, which leads to the basement, is a later addition. Vertical communication takes place with an internal wooden staircase to the right of the entrance, in contact with the north side. The main structural system of the shell is the load-bearing perimeter stonework of rough hewn stones and lime mortar with a width starting from 70cm. on the ground floor and reaches 50 cm. tapering off at higher levels. On the second floor and on the gable, the stonework is reinforced with a double row of solid optical bricks every 1m. vertically. Solid plinths were also used to form the frames of the openings, which in the eaves form relief arches of a small arrow. As well as for the cornice of the roof which is formed with four rows of visible optical bricks placed in twos with an expository arrangement. The window frames are wooden, with the exception of those on the first floor which are made of aluminium. The exterior door is metal, while the windbreak at the entrance has wooden frames. In the basement, the floor is covered with large stone slabs.
